What is an ILP & how do I use it?
My ILP is a tear drop shaped soft comfortable fabric with two layers that is placed between your labia. It's great for light incontinence (bladder leakage), spotting and discharge. This is great to replace your typical liner.
It can also be used to slow down a heavier flow: your flow would saturate the ILP before flowing to your pad.
It can also be used to help distribute your flow (perfect for front bleeders/back bleeders)
