Due to the sensitive nature of each product and customization there are No returns/exchanges/refunds/cancellations. If you missed your delivery of your order and the package is held at your local post office or shipping company for pickup and you do not claim your package. Your package will most likely be returned to sender which is me. Once your order is returned to me, I will send you an email letting you know that I have received your order back. If you would like for your order to be reshipped to you, you will be requested to pay for shipping again.
